Job Description600+ zaposlitvenih procesov letno opravi naša ekipa Partnerjev za pridobivanje in zaposlovanje talentov.Pridruži se nam pri ustvarjanju nove prihodnosti in bodi deležen hitro-spreminjajočega, hibridno-fleksibilnega okolja, vidne kariere ter ambicioznih ciljev, ki imajo resničen vpliv na življenja milijonov ljudi.Če te zanima delo, ki ima jasen namen in vpliv, te vabimo, da se nam pridružiš.Iščemo dve osebi, kajti ena bo pomagala v Ljubljani in druga v Lendavi.Vaše Ključne OdgovornostiRazvijanje močnih odnosov z vodji zaposlovanja na vseh ravneh ter zagotavljanje coachinga in usposabljanja pri celotnem postopku zaposlovanja, z namenom vzpostavljanja soodgovornosti za celotni proces zaposlovanja.Spodbujanje učinkovitega in jasnega procesa ocenjevanja talentov v vseh ekipah za zaposlovanje, s ciljem zagotovitve najboljših talentov.Proaktivno zbiranje in deljenje tržnih in konkurenčnih podatkov z relevantnimi deležniki z namenom informiranega odločanja glede talentov, poslovanja in organizacijske zasnove.Izvajanje dosledne strategije pridobivanja in zaposlovanja talentov in vodenje ustreznih dejavnosti iskanja, ocenjevanja, izbire in pred-zaposlitvenih aktivnosti za lokacijo oziroma funkcijo.Vodenje kampanj za zaposlovanje ter zaupnih in poslovno pomembnih projektov v skladu z globalno strategijo za pridobivanje in zaposlovanje talentov.Sodelovanje s kadrovskim oddelkom, vodji zaposlovanja in drugimi COE za zagotavljanje najboljših izkušenj vodij zaposlovanja in kandidatov v celotnem procesu zaposlovanja.Podpiranje na podatkih temelječega pristopa za optimizacijo učinkovitosti, obveščanje pri sprejemanju odločitev in omogočanje bolj proaktivnega načrtovanja delovne sile ter zagotavljanje periodičnih poročil o stanju zaposlovanja poslovnim deležnikom.Delovanje kot ambasador Sandozovih ambicij in namena ter krepitev naše blagovne znamke v okviru zaposlovanja.Vaš Doprinos k Delovnem MestuNajmanj tri leta izkušenj na področju zaposlovanja, bodisi v agenciji bodisi znotraj podjetja.Dodiplomska izobrazba, s področja upravljanja človeških virov ali drugih ustreznih področij.Tekoče znanje angleškega jezika.V naši ekipi se boste odlično znašli, če ste ambiciozni in pripravljeni sodelovati, terste odprti za nove ideje, možnosti in spremembe, ter ste pripravljeni biti vzornik, nekdo, ki daje in vodi z zgledom.Kaj NudimoZaposlitev pri najuglednejšem delodajalcu v Sloveniji vam prinaša konkurenčen plačni paket, letni bonus, fleksibilen način dela z možnostjo prilagajanja urnika in delom od doma, pokojninsko shemo, shemo nagrajevanja in priznanja dosežkov, razširjeni program promocije zdravja na področju telesnega, duševnega in družbenega počutja (DobroBit) ter dogodke, neomejene priložnosti za učenje in razvoj.Možne lokacije dela: Ljubljani in LendavaZ izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za nedoločen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.Prijave z življenjepisom v angleškem in slovenskem jeziku lahko oddate najkasneje do 30. 11. 2025 preko spletne povezave.Zakaj Sandoz in Lek?Generična in podobna biološka zdravila so hrbtenica svetovne industrije zdravil.
