Deliver exceptional, friendly, and empathetic customer support via email to users of a leading LGBTQ+ dating platformHelp uphold the platform’s Community Guidelines by identifying and addressing policy violations with accuracy and sensitivityTroubleshoot customer concerns using strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and keen attention to detailNavigate multiple tools and systems confidently across web, desktop, and mobile platformsWork both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet individual and team goalsFlag process inconsistencies and report them to Team Leads and management for continuous improvementPartner with the Trust & Safety team to escalate sensitive or complex user issues for further review and resolutionWhat We Expect From You:
