This person will be responsible for analyzing the market, identifying, and negotiating strategic agreements that expand our service offering and open new markets. Beyond acquisition, this role will assist in the execution and monitoring of the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Design, Data, Marketing, etc) to ensure a successful launch, continuous performance tracking, and the implementation of necessary improvements. This role is essential for driving growth through affiliation models and API service integrations within our value propositionKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify commercial partnership opportunities with relevant companies, technology providers, and platformsNegotiate and structure partnership, affiliation, margin, and revenue-sharing agreements in alignment with business objectivesBe able to complete the lifecycle of new partner incorporation: prospecting, analysis, negotiation, onboarding, and monitoringCollaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure the correct API integration of partner servicesEvaluate new markets and business verticals to expand the company's reachManage the ongoing relationship and performance of the affiliation network, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and brand guidelinesDefine KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of each partnershipBuild long-term relationships with key stakeholders and maintain clear and constant communicationMonitor market trends, competitors, and new expansion opportunitiesRequirements+3 years in roles related to strategic alliances, preferably in international marketsDegree in Business Administration, Project management, Marketing, Digital Business, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience)Prior experience optimizing, and scaling affiliation programs, revenue-sharing, technological partnerships, or managing API integrationsProven track record in negotiating and closing commercial agreementsSpanish and Advanced English requiredExperience in travel and/or travel insurance is a plusDesired CompetenciesStrategic and growth-oriented mindsetProactivity and initiative to explore new opportunitiesAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyExcellent stakeholder management skillsSkillsStrong negotiation and excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsKnowledge of affiliation models, white label, and API integrationsMetric and results-orientedStrategic Alignment & Legal Acumen: Proven ability to align partnerships with strategic goals; solid understanding of legal/regulatory requirements and compliance (e.g., data privacy) for commercial agreementsAnalytical capability to evaluate partners, markets, and commercial modelsPowered by JazzHRllP4K1mtuW
