Company DescriptionSolidarity with Ukraine Foundation is a Ukrainian nonprofit dedicated to post-conflict recovery, humanitarian aid, and civic resilience in communities affected by war. Founded in response to the destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Station and other acts of aggression, our mission is to unite volunteer efforts across Ukraine and attract meaningful international support. We work directly with local governments, military administrations, and nonprofit institutions to restore damaged infrastructure, deliver targeted aid, mobilize volunteer rescue brigades, and support social and economic recovery in liberated regions. Our vision is a strong, united Ukraine where every citizen can live safely, access support in times of crisis, and contribute to rebuilding a dignified future.Role DescriptionThis is a volunteer remote role for a Partnership and Grants Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing grant administration, writing proposals, overseeing program management, and developing strong communication channels. Tasks include identifying potential grant opportunities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and outreach to potential partners.QualificationsExperience in Grant Administration and Proposal WritingStrong Communication and Analytical SkillsProficiency in Program ManagementDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyKnowledge of human rights or non-profit sectors is a plus
