Job Title: Partnership & Brand Relations Manager📍 Location: Lekki, Lagos 🏠 Work Setup: Hybrid (on-site 2 days/week) 💰 Salary Range: N200kAbout the Role:We’re seeking a Partnership & Brand Relations Manager who will play a key role in growing and nurturing our fashion brand ecosystem. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with partner brands, driving mutual growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration that aligns with our vision for multi-brand e-commerce excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Acquisition & Onboarding • Identify and target potential fashion brands for partnership and platform onboarding. • Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth and timely integration.Negotiate partnership terms, including pricing, commissions, and exclusivity agreements.2. Relationship Management • Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners. • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships to ensure mutual success. • Resolve partner issues proactively and maintain high satisfaction levels.3. Strategic Growth & Collaboration • Work with marketing and product teams to develop co-branded campaigns and joint promotions. • Provide insights into fashion trends, competitor activities, and partner performance. • Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances to drive growth.4. Performance & Reporting • Monitor brand performance metrics such as sales, engagement, and customer feedback. • Present data-driven recommendations for partnership optimization. • Ensure compliance with platform standards and brand guidelines.5. Cross-Functional Alignment • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver an exceptional partner journey. • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and partner visibility.Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or brand relations, ideally within e-commerce or fashion retail. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Data-driven with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Passion for fashion, brand building, and digital commerce.KPI for the Role:• Number of new brands onboarded per quarter.• Partner retention rate.• Monthly revenue contribution from partner brands.• Brand satisfaction score.• Successful execution of co-branded marketing campaigns.
