Key Roles and Responsibilities:Partnership Development: Create compelling presentations to attract partners for co-branding activities and media monetization, negotiate agreements, and secure investments to support SIWILAI's marketing initiatives.CRM System Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive CRM system that supports all SIWILAI businesses, enhancing customer loyalty and engagement strategies.Promotional Strategy: Initiate, implement, optimize, and report on promotional activities to drive traffic and revenue growth with maximum efficiency.Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal teams—including brand marketing, digital marketing, cultural & events, and operations—to align partnership, CRM efforts, and promotional strategies.Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and CRM and promotional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Team Leadership: Manage and guide executive team members to execute partnership and CRM strategies effectively, fostering professional growth and alignment with departmental goals.Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to identify new partnership opportunities, CRM and promotion trends Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in partnership management, CRM, marketing, or a related field, preferably in fashion, retail, or F&B.Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create persuasive pitches and secure partner support.Proven experience in setting up and managing CRM systems to drive customer engagement and retention.Data-driven mindset, with the ability to initiate, implement, track, and optimize promotional activities for enhanced performance.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive team members.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis.Understanding of urban culture, street fashion, and lifestyle trends that align with SIWILAI's brand positioning.
