You will coordinate site activities, monitor developer progress, and oversee projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.Responsibilities:Develop and implement partnership delivery strategies.Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements.Engage and manage key stakeholders effectively.Oversee project delivery timelines and quality standards.Coach and develop a high-performing team.Conduct site visits and risk assessments.Requirements and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related fieldPMP certification preferred.6+ years of experience in developer relations, site coordination, or project/partnership management within the real estate or construction sectorExperience in marketing and salesProficiency in AutoCAD and RevitStrong skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-makingExcellent communication and negotiation skills
