While you'll be part of the Merchant team in Finland, your work will span across product, design, and various commercial functions to ensure we deliver strong value and drive growth.Your Responsibilities Will BeYou’ll take full ownership of bringing our new discount offers to life - from negotiating deals to launching them and ensuring smooth daily operations. From early-stage development to scaling a high-impact offering, you’ll play a key role in shaping Epassi’s discount ecosystem and delivering real value to our users.More Specifically, You’ll Be Building and expanding a diverse merchant network to power Epassi’s discount products Establishing impactful partnerships with major affiliate networks to broaden our reach Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with partners to unlock the best possible value for our usersYou’ll Be Successful In This Role If YouEstablish a strong and diverse portfolio of discounts and offers for Epassi users, featuring leading brands and products across multiple categories. Deliver clear value to users by securing attractive and relevant deals that drive high engagement, repeat usage, and long-term satisfaction. Own and manage the end-to-end process of discount offers - from negotiation and onboarding to seamless launch and performance tracking on the Epassi platform.Establish our portfolio of curated discounts as the strongest offers in the market, ensuring Epassi users consistently receive exceptional value.What You’ll Be Doing (daily)Research and identify new partners and discount opportunities Creating partnerships and offers that engage users, drive repeat usage, and strengthen our position in the market Initiate and negotiate cooperation agreements Effectively coordinate with designers to ensure offers are both visually appealing and high-performing Test and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement of the discounts business Collaborate with colleagues across departments including Marketing, Product, and New Business on offer development and performanceOccasionally travel for business, including participating in events, promotions, and other tasks outside your usual place of workWhat You Should BringProven experience in a similar role - ideally in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within e-commerce, consumer services, or digital platformsIn-depth knowledge of consumer discounts and what drives user engagement Familiarity with affiliate network models and how to leverage them effectively A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused environmentConsidered a Plus Direct experience working in discount businesses or with affiliate networks Experience collaborating with large merchant partners Previous experience managing team members or leading small teams Your Language ProfileYour are fluent Finnish and English, both oral and written (C1)Your Competency ProfileCommercial Acumen: You understand how businesses operate and make money.
