Partnership Manager (Abu-Dhabi based)

We’re Hiring: Partnerships Senior ManagerAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong partnerships? We’re seeking a Partnerships Senior Manager to drive relationship-building and revenue growth through innovative sponsorships and collaborations in the sports, entertainment, and events industry.What You’ll Do:Execute the partnerships strategy and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Identify and build strong relationships with potential sponsors and partners.Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee partnership activations.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize partnership campaigns.Analyze performance, track results, and recommend continuous improvements.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.What We’re Looking For:5–10 years of experience in sales or partnership management, preferably in sports, events, or entertainment sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.Results-driven, highly motivated, and strategic in approach.Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision-making.
