Hi everyone, Medlinx is hiring Partnership!About The RoleAs a Partnership, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for all partnership-related projects, ensuring smooth communication, proactive engagement, and alignment with business objectives.This role requires someone who is client-oriented, confident, and skilled in identifying partner needs, managing ongoing collaborations, and generating business intelligence reports to support strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customers, vendors, and business partners.Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for all projects involving clients or partners.Proactively engage and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.Identify client or partner needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable business solutions.Prepare and present comprehensive reports and business intelligence insights for clients and management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, finance, etc.) to ensure effective project execution and service delivery.Support the continuous improvement of partnership processes and customer experience initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in Health Insurance, TPA, or ASO industry, preferably in a client-facing or partnership role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.Strong understanding of client needs and ability to translate them into actionable business outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving ability and confidence when engaging with clients and internal teams.Able to work proactively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you think you're the right fit, you can apply hereor send your CV to email dian.oksi@sprintasia.co.idSubject : LinkedIn_Partnership_Name
