This is a pivotal role providing daily administrative support to help our organisation run smoothly, as well as building, securing and managing sponsorships and partnerships critical to NZYF’s future.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sponsorship, partnership, and industry supporter relationships, working closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager to drive revenue and ensure delivery of value to all parties.EA to the CEO.Support the Sub-Committees with meeting minutes and travel bookings as required.Support the other departments as required.Oversee all aspects of office administration and support the business, including managing incoming queries, fleet vehicles, travel and networking events, supplies, and insurance claimsContribute to health and safety, positive team culture, and actively support NZYF events, including attending regional and national contest events.About YouYou are highly motivated, proactive and organisedStrong attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication, with high professional standards.Proven relationship-building strengths with a wide range of stakeholders.Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a fun, collaborative team.Why NZYF?Be part of a dynamic, passionate team committed to supporting young people in agriculture.Make a meaningful impact on the next generation of food and fibre producers.Travel and connect with industry leaders, contestants, and sponsors nationwide.Grow your career in a fast-paced, agile environment where initiative and relationship-building are valued.Application Details Applications close 5pm on Friday 24th October 2025. Applications are invited from individuals who thrive in a deadline-driven environment, who have great time management skills and who enjoy working with a range of people, businesses and cultures.You must be living in Christchurch, New Zealand to apply for this role and hold a NZ Visa.
