Our team is young, dynamic, and constantly innovating to ensure the maximum value for our stakeholders and prioritizes customer experience above all else.Role DescriptionThe Partnership and Events Specialist engages with potential customers, build relationships with existing ones, and reach new markets. The role supports branch execution by directly coordinating with operators for clarity and cascades details to the team for implementation of nationwide monthly campaigns. Overall, this plays a crucial role in fostering a sense of community, ensuring open communication, and promoting the well-being of residents or stakeholders associated with a particular organization or initiative.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution: Develops and implements nationwide campaigns to drive awareness, foot traffic, mobile app downloads, and revenue, ensuring alignment with AIDAR marketing objectives.Client Acquisition & Partnerships: Leads on-ground client acquisition through events and strategic partnerships, expanding reach and engagement across key markets.Community Engagement & Events: Organizes community events, workshops, and meetings to foster participation, collaboration, and stronger brand-community connections.Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyzes data from community and on-ground initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign effectiveness.Public Representation & Operational Support: Represents the organization at public events and supports branch-level activities such as openings and local promotions to enhance visibility and impact.QualificationsA holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalentWith at least one to two (1-2) years of experience in Strategic Partnership, Events Management, or equivalentAmenable to work in a hybrid set-up (in-office, remote, field) at Mandaluyong City
