ONSUR works through the main office in Gaziantep province Turkey and execution offices in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan and Turkey.Position SummaryTo lead the development of strategic partnerships and manage institutional grants to support the organization’s resource mobilization and sustainability. The role also contributes to the development and refinement of relevant policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development:Build and maintain strategic relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.Organize and lead presentations to promote the organization.Develop communication materials for fundraising and partnership purposes.Grants ManagementLead the development of grant proposals and budgets in coordination with relevant teams.Ensure compliance with donor requirements regarding documentation, reporting, and transparency.Monitor project implementation to ensure alignment with grant agreements.Policy And Procedure DevelopmentContribute to the formulation and revision of partnership and grants-related policies.Support the development of operational manuals and standard templates.Help establish efficient and transparent grant management systems.Monitoring And ReportingProduce regular reports on funding opportunities, partnerships, and risks.Track grant performance and provide data-driven recommendations.QualificationsMaster’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships or grants management in the humanitarian or nonprofit sector.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong understanding of donor compliance and funding mechanisms.Equal Opportunity StatementONSUR Organization is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.We strongly encourage qualified female candidates to apply for this position.Child Protection PolicyONSUR maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of child abuse and exploitation.
