With strong ties across the Shopify ecosystem, Bevy bridges technology, strategy, and execution - and we’re now expanding our partner network to accelerate growth and influence.Job OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Partnerships Lead to grow and manage Bevy’s partner ecosystem across North America. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with Shopify ecosystem partners, technology providers, and other eCommerce stakeholders, generating qualified opportunities for Bevy, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in the Shopify ecosystem. The ideal candidate is already deeply established within the Shopify ecosystem, with a strong network of existing relationships and a proven track record in previous partnership or alliance roles. You understand how ecosystem dynamics work, know the key players, and can immediately engage in meaningful conversations that drive results. You’ll collaborate closely with Bevy’s VP of Growth and executive team to translate partnerships into measurable pipeline, co-marketing impact, and long-term strategic growth.What You’ll Do1. Partnership Strategy & DevelopmentDefine and execute a strategic roadmap for identifying, securing, and managing high-value partners in the Shopify ecosystem.Research, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnerships that align with Bevy’s business objectives and growth targets.Establish joint business plans and co-marketing calendars with top partners.Ensure alignment between Bevy’s partnership roadmap and overall company GTM strategy.Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure they are mutually beneficial.2. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, including Shopify teams, agency owners, and technology providers.Act as the primary point of contact for all technology partners, providing guidance, resources, and support to maximize engagement and outcomes.Coordinate co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and collaboration opportunities with partners.Build scalable enablement materials (e.g., partner decks, one-pagers, shared success stories).Conduct quarterly partner reviews to assess mutual performance and identify growth levers.Manage a light CRM/partner-tracking process to ensure all activities and outcomes are measurable.3. Lead Generation & Opportunity CreationCollaborate with the sales and business development teams to convert partner relationships into qualified leads and business opportunities.Identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities within partner networks and joint accounts.Own lead generation from partner-funded initiatives and events, including conferences, co-selling programs, and co-marketing activations.Submit and manage Partner Qualified Leads (PQLs) in partner portals (Shopify + tech partners), ensuring timely follow-up, accurate pipeline tracking, and win-rate accountability.Monitor partnership performance, report insights, and recommend strategies for improvement.Work with marketing on co-branded content and lead-gen campaigns to accelerate partner-driven opportunities.Willingness and ability to travel to industry events, conferences, and partner meetups to represent Bevy, build relationships, and actively promote our brand and capabilities within the Shopify ecosystem and beyond.4. Industry Representation & Thought LeadershipRepresent Bevy at Shopify and eCommerce-focused events, partner conferences, webinars, and roundtables.Position Bevy as a thought leader in eCommerce strategy, omnichannel retail, and Shopify ecosystem innovation.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive partnerships to maintain a competitive advantage.Convert partner insights and product updates into enablement assets for Bevy resources (playbooks, use-case one-pagers, demo recordings, internal FAQs), ensuring the broader team knows how and when to use partner technologies.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure the team can confidently pitch, scope, and deliver solutions involving partner technologies.Contribute content for Bevy’s blog, social channels, events, and partner co-marketing initiatives to reinforce credibility and thought leadership.Participate in relevant Shopify ecosystem communities (Slack groups, councils, beta programs) to maintain high visibility and early access to product innovations.QualificationsExperience: 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliance roles, ideally within eCommerce agencies, Shopify ecosystem, or SaaS platforms.Network: Existing relationships with Shopify technology partners, Agencies or eCommerce stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute partnership strategies that drive measurable business growth.Negotiation & Communication: Proven experience negotiating agreements and excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams, including sales, marketing, delivery, and executive leadership.Nice-to-HavesFamiliarity with the Shopify Plus or Shopify POS ecosystem.Exposure to retail, omnichannel commerce, or consumer brand partnerships.Experience using CRM and partnership management tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.Participation in industry events, webinars, or conferences.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about building strategic partnerships and driving eCommerce growth, we’d love to hear from you!
