Founded by gallery owners in 1970, Art Basel has been a driving force in supporting the role that galleries play in the nurturing of artists, and the development and promotion of visual arts with offices in Qatar, Basel, Paris, New York City and Hong Kong. Art Basel's engagement in the art world, from staging art fairs to working with cities to develop cultural events with international resonance.We are looking for a flexible and dynamic person to join our Art Basel team in Basel as:Partnership Manager - Basel, 100 %Responsibilities: Successful client relationship management and key account management for our high level, global client for the Qatar Basel, Hong Kong, Paris and Miami Beach shows and all partnership related deliverables outside the fair schedulesContract and benefits fulfilment across multiple projects and regionsComplex global project managementStrategic development of partner benefits and presence at the show, digitally and in editorial formatsLead providing general support to partner(s) regarding show processes and procedures and planning schedulesManagement of partner activity from concept to execution, resulting in high partner satisfactionCollaterals management (print, digital and onsite signage) where related to partnerProject Management of all partnership deliverables related to partner activations onsite: regulations, logistics, build out, permitting, etc. via support and partnership with all local teams and departmentsProject debriefings; reports on partner KPIs; annual strategic meetingsFinancial controlling and invoicing (tracking of all costs and revenue)Ensuring continuity/consistency of services for global partner across regionsCoordination among multiple department touchpoints where related to Partner deliverables (Marketing, Events, PR, Digital, VIP, Operations, Galleries, Editorial)Management of editorial products and sponsored content, as well as related distribution and reporting (including but not limited to the Annual Art Market Report and Survey of Global Collecting)Requirements:Bachelor required (Marketing/Communications or related field)Minimum 7–8 years experience in key account management, marketing and/or partnerships in events or related industryDemonstrated success in complex global project management and/or event management.Experience working in a global environment, and across timezonesEstablished knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, basic database software (CRM systems)Knowledge and experience in social media, overall digital fluencyConfident, quick learner, independent, fast, highly motivated, optimist, 'can do' person, problem solver who takes initiativeHighly driven, highly organized, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel periodically and abroad as neededStrong knowledge and interest in visual artsFluent in English, German and French is a plus
