Your focus will be on building and nurturing partnerships with key referral sources — including real estate professionals, financial advisers, accountants, lawyers, and other aligned networks.This is a relationship-focused role for a commercially minded professional who understands the value of trust, consistency, and service excellence in a high-end financial services context.Your key responsibilities will include:Identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive high-quality referral businessCreating tailored engagement strategies to foster long-term partner relationshipsRepresenting the firm at networking events, industry functions, and partner meetingsCollaborating closely with the broker and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and referred clientsTracking partnership performance and providing insights to improve outcomesSupporting strategic growth initiatives and identifying new business opportunities in aligned marketsAbout You:You’re a confident, proactive relationship builder with a track record of success in partnership, business development, or client-facing roles — ideally within financial services, property, or professional services.
