This role is for one year, with the possibilityof extension.Position OverviewThe Partnership Manager, Special Programs focuses on building long-term, strategicpartnerships that support FTLG’s ongoing initiatives, such as mentorship programs,talent development, corporate visits, and new concept initiatives. This role is ideal forsomeone who enjoys strategic thinking, ideation and iteration of new ideas,relationship-building, and developing sustainable collaborations that extend beyondsingle events.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Development- Develop implementation plans for the Special Initiatives;- Identify organizations aligned with mentorship, talent development, and community advancement;- Secure and cultivate interim and long-term partnerships for FTLG programs;- Maintain updated partner pipelines and recordsProgram Collaboration;-Coordinate joint initiatives (mentorships, legal sector visits, learning exchanges);- Support the shaping of new projects and initiatives;- Ensure consistent communication with existing partners.Relationship Management- Maintain positive long-term partner relations;- Share program updates and engagement opportunities;- Represent FTLG in external meetings and collaborationsInternal Collaboration- Work closely with the Community Manager and Partnership Manager (Events) to align on partnership strategies;- Identify, document and manage requests from community members, to inform special program focus.Ideal Candidate- Very creative, attentive and adaptiveExperience in business development, project management, partnership building, and strategic alliances;- Must be based in Germany, with good experience and understanding of the Legal landscape;- Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with strong organizational disciplinePassionate about legal community development and diversity;- Reliable, proactive, and confident in outreachWhat We Offer-The opportunity to lead strategic partnerships that shape the long-term growth and visibility of FTLG Network’s programs and initiatives. - Professional and personal developmentexperiences and ample opportunities to make a positive impact socially within the GermanLegal Landscape.How to ApplySend your CV + short motivation with the title “Partnerships Manager, SpecialPrograms” to us via email📩careers@ftlg.de⏳ Deadline: 22 December 2025
