From licensed collaborations like Peter Rabbit, Janosch, The Little Prince to partnerships with leading retailers, Zipster is growing fast, and we’re just getting started.The RoleWe’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who’s commercially savvy, highly organised, and loves building relationships that make a difference. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll help Zipster grow through wholesale, licensing, and brand collaborations.You’ll manage and develop existing partnerships, from global license partners to independent retailers, while actively identifying and pitching new opportunities that fit our brand. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to ensure every collaboration runs smoothly, from forecasting and delivery to marketing activation.What You’ll DoPartnerships & Business DevelopmentManage relationships with existing partners, including license holders, wholesalers, and retail accounts.Identify and approach new partnership opportunities, from like-minded lifestyle brands to large retail partners.Negotiate terms, timelines, and deliverables that drive mutual success.Collaborate on co-branded campaigns and launches that align with Zipster’s mission and style.Project Management & CoordinationOversee partnership calendars, product timelines, and reporting.Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, and logistics) to ensure all partnership deliverables are met.Track and report on performance, forecasting, and key metrics.Keep everything, and everyone, running on time.Creative & Strategic GrowthUse your creativity to explore new ways Zipster can collaborate and grow visibility.Support in developing brand proposals and pitch decks.Keep an eye on market trends and competitor partnerships to identify fresh ideas.About You3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods).Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.Great communicator - confident, friendly, and persuasive.Commercially minded, with a strong sense of brand fit and ROI.Self-motivated and proactive; comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.Excited by the idea of growing a purpose-led, design-driven brand.Why Join ZipsterPlay a key role in expanding one of Europe’s most loved baby brands.Work directly with senior leadership and creative teams.Freedom to work on a hybrid basis, with flexible hours and a supportive culture.Be part of a small, passionate, and ambitious team with big plans for growth.
