Job Description

The Partnerships Marketing Manager will manage partership programs, communicate with partners, execute marketing and sales strategies, and optimize marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners (webmasters, influencers, networks) across international social media and digital platforms.Negotiate all commercial terms, pricing, and campaign details; ensure agreements are documented.Manage day-to-day communication, supply necessary promo materials, and promptly resolve partner operational issues.Monitor key metrics (traffic, registrations, deposits) and evaluate cost-effectiveness of partners and channels.Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns for better results, and provide clear daily/weekly reports to the management and marketing teams.Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in digital, internet, or parterships marketing. Professional user experience of Google Sheets/Excel, Docs and Email.Experience in the Thailand market is an advantage.Responsibility, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and grow fast.
