Partnerships Marketing Manager (Youth and Education)

Job Description

As the Partnerships Marketing Manager – Youth & Education, you will lead OPPO’s efforts to build long-term, meaningful partnerships with universities, colleges, organizations across the Philippines. You will be responsible for developing strategies that deepen the brand’s connection with the younger generation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & DevelopmentDevelop key strategies for education-based partnerships grounded in youth behavior, industry insights, competitive landscape, and brand positioning.Identify collaboration opportunities with universities and colleges to increase brand relevance among Gen Z and student communities.Propose and manage partnership initiatives aligned with marketing goals, product campaigns, and youth engagement efforts.Partnership Management & ExecutionLead end-to-end partnership execution including lead generation, outreach, proposals, meetings, contract negotiations, implementation, and follow-ups.Manage and grow strong, sustainable relationships with school administrators, student organizations, and relevant academic offices.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of partnership deliverables.Serve as OPPO’s representative in academic and youth events to foster visibility and brand affinity.Scholarship Program ManagementLead the development and implementation of OPPO’s first scholarship program in partnership with academic institutions.Oversee scholarship guidelines, beneficiary selection, documentation, and disbursement processes.Monitor the program’s impact and recommend improvements for future cycles.Monitoring, Reporting & OptimizationTrack and analyze partnership performance, including reach, engagement, and impact.Provide regular updates and recommendations for improvement based on insights and learnings.Ensure all partnership-related initiatives are consistent with OPPO’s brand values and goals.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or and related field.At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder management, or institutional relations; experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally.Passionate about youth development, education, and brand-building.
