Our mission is to build a sustainable future for Sunderland AFC while ensuring our fans feel valued every step of the way.The Opportunity: We are looking for a Partnership Service Executive to join our team and support the Partnership Service Lead (SAFC) in delivering best-in-class activation delivery and partner service operations. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day activation delivery, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables that underpin partner satisfaction, renewals, and overall ROI.You’ll act as a trusted operational partner to Principal Partners, providing clear communication, onboarding support, and proactive issue resolution. Your contributions will help transform partner insights into actionable improvements, drive delivery excellence, and uphold safeguarding and compliance standards across all activations.What We Ask For: You will bring 2-4 years of experience in activation delivery, sponsorship support, account management, or operations within marketing, partnerships, or events. You should be proficient at coordinating multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams and be highly organized with strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication is essential, as you’ll be a primary operational touchpoint for partners and internal stakeholders. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate feedback into process improvements is key.We’re seeking a collaborative, data-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality activations and improvements to partner value.A Basic DBS from Sunderland AFC is required
