You will act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, handle contract renewals, and lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Partner Development & OnboardingIdentify and explore new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goalsManage onboarding processes including documentation and training sessionsOrganize periodic partner refreshers to update on services, tools, or changesAccount ManagementOversee a portfolio of key accounts and ensure consistent communicationBuild custom account strategies and monitor performance metricsCollaborate on co-branded campaigns or partner initiativesIdentify risks and growth opportunities, providing solutions as neededRelationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for all partner interactionsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholdersCollect and analyze partner feedback to enhance service qualityCoordinate internally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teamsPartner Support & SatisfactionEnsure timely support and issue resolution for partnersEnhance overall partner experience through proactive service and follow-upsTrack satisfaction KPIs and suggest improvements based on insightsContract ManagementSupport negotiations and renewals of contractsEnsure terms comply with internal policies and legal standardsMarket AwarenessDevelop in-depth knowledge of products/services offeredStay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and partner expectationsConduct competitor and market research to inform partnership strategiesQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field2–4 years of experience in account or partner management rolesStrong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple accountsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Experience in the hospitality, travel, loyalty, or service-based industries is a plus
