Company Description The Singles Oasis International Foundation (SOI Foundation) is a social enterprise aiming to address employment challenges by integrating skills development, entrepreneurial thinking, and technological innovations. Beginning in 2024, SOI’s initiatives focus on advancing United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8, which promotes decent, sustainable, and meaningful employment for all. The foundation emphasizes the creation of jobs for youth and women through roles such as rural researchers, volunteers, micro-entrepreneurs, and program associates while fostering strategic collaborations with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Operating with an inclusive and multidisciplinary team across Nigeria and the UK, SOI advocates for increasing access to employment worldwide through innovative partnerships. Role Description This is a remote position focused on fostering partnerships and collaborations to drive employment initiatives. The Partnerships and Collaboration officer will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in various sectors. The role involves analyzing market trends, supporting fundraising initiatives, and aligning collaboration strategies with the foundation's objectives. Excellent communication and sales skills will be leveraged to effectively pitch partnership opportunities and create mutually beneficial collaborations. Qualifications Strong skills in developing and managing Partnerships and Strategic PartnershipsExcellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and proposals clearly and persuasivelySharp Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and align them with the foundation's goalsExperience in Sales and relationship-building to foster collaboration and secure buy-in from stakeholdersAbility to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced settingFamiliarity with employment creation, entrepreneurship, or social enterprise initiatives is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
