We thrive on innovation, collaboration, and results — and now we’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Partnerships & Webinars Coordinator to help us scale our thought leadership and partner engagement efforts.Role Overview:As the Partnerships & Webinars Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind Digital Resource’s partner-driven webinar program. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential partners, coordinating webinar logistics, supporting content development, and ensuring flawless execution on event day. You will work cross-functionally with our marketing, design, and content teams to bring these events to life and maximize their reach. This is a remote role. Key Responsibilities:Partner Engagement & CoordinationServe as the main point of contact for existing partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong relationships.Coordinate, scheduling communications, and logistics for partner webinars, interviews, and case studies. Conduct partner interviews and translate insights into stories, case studies, and campaign content. Suggest creative campaign ideas to showcase partners and expand visibility. Track and report on partner and webinar performance (attendance, engagement, conversion metrics) and use insights to improve future events. Webinar Planning & ProductionPlan webinar topics, formats, and content in coordination with internal stakeholders and partners. Draft and prepare promotional materials (emails, landing pages, social posts, etc.) in HubSpot.Handle pre-event tasks, including tech checks, script prep, and speaker run-throughs. Host or moderate webinars via Zoom as needed, ensuring professional execution.  Content Capture & RepurposingRecord webinars and interviews, then cut and repurpose content into short clips, graphics, and social/email assets. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to finalize and distribute repurposed content.Ensure timely follow-up after each event, including recordings, promotional assets, and performance reporting. Webinar ExecutionServe as the primary point of contact on webinar day — hosting, moderating, or supporting as needed.Monitor live webinars for technical issues and audience engagement.Ensure post-event follow-up, including sending out recordings, gathering feedback, and reporting KPIs.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, partnerships, or content marketing (agency experience is a plus). Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on using professional English in both written and verbal interactions.Proficiency with Zoom (Zoom events), Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tools), and Basecamp (or similar project management platforms). Basic content editing skills (video trimming, simple graphics) required. Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects independently.Available to work in the U.S. Eastern Standard Time (at least several overlapping hours). Nice-to-Have:Prior experience in B2B marketing or agency settings.On-camera confidence for moderating or hosting webinars.More advanced video editing or design skills.  What You’ll Get:100% remote flexibility2,000/month compensation (USD)Opportunities for professional growth and ownership of key initiatives Access to world-class tools and platforms.The chance to shape and scale a high-impact partner marketing program.
