Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Parts Advisor at Pickering Toyota, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Parts Advisor will handle customer inquiries, provide top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with identifying and procuring genuine Toyota parts. Responsibilities include managing inventory, processing orders, offering parts recommendations, and liaising with other dealership departments to maintain efficient operations. Exceptional customer interactions and accurate organization of parts inventory are key to this role. Qualifications Strong emphasis on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver an excellent customer experienceProficiency in Dealer Management systems and handling Inventory Control for parts and accessoriesExceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team membersA detail-oriented and organized approach to workPrevious experience in automotive parts advisory roles is an assetFamiliarity with Toyota vehicles and parts is a plusAvailability to work in an on-site role in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada
