In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the seamless flow of parts, consumables, tooling, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across Queensland, enabling the timely maintenance of our aircraft and rapid response to Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events.Help keep our fleet in the sky—and make a real difference in communities across the state.The Parts and Logistics Officer is a Permanent, Full-time role based at the Brisbane Airport.Duties IncludeYour key responsibilities in this role will include:Responsible for overseeing stores operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements and timely support of aircraft maintenance activitiesLiaise with Supply Chain Manager to facilitate processes and records in relation to the purchasing, receipt, repair and control of aircraft sparesTrack and monitor open requisitions and purchase ordersPurchase aeronautical product and consumables under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager or Maintenance ManagersCoordinate and manage receiving, unloading and dispatching of goodsMaintain RFDS GSE register and manage inventory systemLiaise with base Engineers on tooling details and calibration reportsWho are we looking for?
