At Ciocca Automotive, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrior auto parts sales experience preferredAbility to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volumeValid driver's license and clean driving recordExperience with Body Shop parts sales using Collision Link and CCC is a plus.
Excellent customer service skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilitiesOversee the parts sales process from start to finish. Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers. Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock. Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order. Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
