Role Description Key Responsibilities:• Organize sourcing materials, samples, and finish libraries• Manage trade accounts and vendor communications• Keep project management systems and client files up to date• Track orders, deliveries, and project schedules• Assist with occasional design research and sourcing• Help with QuickBooks entries and light bookkeepingPosition Details:• Remote position (with occasional local errands or pickups if nearby)• Approximately 10 hours per week• Flexible schedule — ideal for someone who loves structure, independence, and creative collaboration Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed recordsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in customer service and client interactionsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plusPrevious administrative or office experience is preferred
