Role OverviewWe are looking for an Admin & HR Officer to handle day-to-day HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources • Support recruitment and onboarding processes. • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. • Assist in payroll preparation and staff benefits administration. • Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Qatari labor law.
• Provide employee relations support and escalate issues when needed. Administration • Manage office operations, supplies, and service providers. • Handle company documentation, renewals, and basic government relations tasks. • Coordinate staff travel, logistics, and company events. • Support management with day-to-day administrative needs. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in combined Admin/HR roles. • Knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR practices. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
