The role holder is responsible for analyzing marketing and communication strategies, gathering passenger insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance passenger satisfaction and engagement. This position supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives. Department: Passenger CommercialLocation: Riyadh HQ. Core Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Develops client, campaign, and events related communication material in line with branding guidelines. Identifies marketing activities to be executed and devises an execution plan/calendar for upcoming marketing activities. Ensures readiness to execute upcoming marketing activities through internal and external communication.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and loyalty programsAssist in segmenting the passenger base to create targeted marketing and communication strategiesAnalyze communication channels (e. g. , digital, social media, newsletters) to assess their impact on passenger engagement. Recommend adjustments to communication strategies for better resultsPrepare regular reports on campaign and communication performance. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights and performance to the marketing team and senior management. Maintain documentation of marketing data and analysis.
