Fullstack Software Engineer (m/w/x)

As a Fullstack Engineer you'll join our team in the earliest days, have a lot of impact/responsibility from day one, learn a ton and have a lot of fun!TasksAs a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll join PastaHR in its earliest days and take on significant responsibility from day one. You'll work alongside a small, highly experienced team with backgrounds from some of Europe’s leading startups. Your role is not clearly defined. You will work across the stack on a variety of different projects and with state-of-the-art technologies (from shadcn to the newest LLMs).

You will not just work down a list of weekly tasks but will contribute much further than just code! You will be part of the design process by gathering requirements, planning and ideating from the start of a project. You will ship high quality work very fast and see the impact of your work from day one. RequirementsExcellent coding skills in TypeScript and NodeJS. Ideally, some experience with React and/or Next. js. You should be an expert at leveraging AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar. Experience with both relational and NoSQL database technologies.
