Organization- Hyatt Regency Nha TrangSummaryOversees the production and quality of all pastry and bakery items across the hotel’s F&B operations, ensuring timely delivery, freshness, and consistency.Maintains brand and hygiene standards; supervises equipment usage and ensures proper handling of ingredients and mise en place preparation.Collaborates with other departments, fosters creativity within the team, and supports marketing and upselling initiatives.Actively monitors product quality, provides constructive feedback, and ensures the use of only high-quality, seasonal ingredients.QualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.Good in spoken and written English.Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills.
