Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: This position as financial compliance officer is responsible for reporting consolidated/Combined financial statements, verifying that compliance policies are being applied to company data, conducting audits, and researching potential compliance concerns, maintain and control the creation in ERP. KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Implement the Finance Department’s set policies and procedures and comply with the company’s other policies and abide by the international financial reporting. Prepare and report the monthly financial statements in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Support the monthly financial closing process across all entities, including the review and finalization of individual entity financials. Assist in the preparation of year-end financial reporting packages and related schedules for internal and external stakeholders. Gather and organize documentation to facilitate a smooth and efficient statutory audit process, working closely with auditors and internal departments. Perform account-level audits of key trial balance components (assets and liabilities), and oversee the reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and accounts receivable. Manage the insurance file, including coordination with relevant departments and timely submission of required information to insurance providers.

Carry out monthly intercompany reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure alignment of balances across all related parties. Maintain master data in the ERP system by creating and managing GL accounts, vendor and customer profiles, inventory items, and cost/allocation centres, in accordance with internal policies and controlsEnsure timely submission of all tax filings and payment of dues to relevant tax authorities. Coordinate with external tax consultants for complex tax issues, return submissions, and audit requirements. QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or any related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA, CMA is a plusMinimum of 3-7 years of experience in the same or related field
