Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Patient AR Representative. The Patient AR Representative will be responsible for managing patient accounts, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Day-to-day tasks include invoicing, cash collection, and resolving any billing discrepancies to maintain the relationship between the doctor and patient. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and clear communication to facilitate smooth billing operations.
