As a trusted practice, we aim to deliver exceptional care with a patient-centered approach. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing patient communications via phone or in-person interactions, coordinating care plans, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Other day-to-day tasks include explaining treatment plans, maintaining patient records, and answering inquiries related to dental services and procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and efficient organization of patient appointments and calendarsStrong Phone Etiquette skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of patientsExperience in Care Coordination and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providersFamiliarity with Dental Terminology, particularly in dental care, to assist patients and healthcare staff accuratelyDemonstrated ability to provide excellent Patient Care with a focus on compassion and professionalismStrong administrative skills and knowledge of DentrixAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environmentPrior experience in a dental setting is an assetDental diploma or degree
