We're looking for someone who cares deeply about people and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their medical weight-loss journey.This is for the person who loves connection, who takes ownership over follow-up and outcomes, and who finds deep meaning in helping others make life-changing transformations.At Asher Med, the Patient Support Specialist plays a mission-critical role in making sure our patients get results, stay engaged, and feel fully supported—every step of the way.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct weekly patient check-ins via text, email, and phone to track progress and provide supportBe the main point of contact for active patients to answer questions, clarify expectations, and troubleshoot challengesMonitor clinical flags and escalate care to medical staff when necessaryDocument all patient communications and notes in our CRM (Go High Level)Encourage adherence, answer common questions about medication and experience, and support patient retentionCoordinate with the Patient Admin team on medication fulfillment status and issuesHelp with post-onboarding surveys and patient satisfaction initiativesMaintain HIPAA-compliant communication protocols and documentationRequirements2+ years in a patient support, nursing, health coaching, or client success roleWarm, empathetic communicator with strong written and verbal skillsOrganized and dependable—you're the type of person people know they can count onTech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (especially Go High Level), Slack, Google Workspace, and patient management toolsDeeply motivated to help others succeed in their wellness journeyMust be able to work during U.S. Central Time business hours (minimum 6 hours overlap)Preferred QualificationsMedical weight loss, telehealth, or nursing experience (RN, LPN, Health Coach, etc.)
