This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking healthcare practice that combines traditional medicine with modern wellness and beauty services.Job HighlightsHourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currencySchedule: 8am-5pm EST Lunch daily from 12pm to 1pm, work week is Monday thru FridayClient Timezone: Eastern TimeWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for incoming calls across both medical office and med spa locationsEfficiently schedule and reschedule patient appointments for various medical and aesthetic servicesDirect patients to appropriate healthcare providers and staff members based on their specific needsCoordinate communication between patients and medical staff through messaging systemsHandle patient inquiries with professionalism and route requests to the correct departmentsManage administrative tasks related to patient scheduling and communication workflowsSupport both traditional medical services and innovative med spa treatments through excellent customer serviceRequirementsPrevious experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsFamiliarity with or eagerness to learn Tebra and Vigaro EMR platformsHIPAA compliance knowledge preferred (comprehensive training provided if needed)Exceptional communication and customer service skillsStrong multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple phone linesProfessional demeanor and patient-focused approach to healthcare communicationAbility to work independently while supporting a collaborative healthcare teamEnthusiasm for working in a growing healthcare practice with diverse service offeringsIndependent Contractor PerksHMO Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobReminderApply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
