Patient Scheduler | Permanent WFH

The ProScan Fax Scheduler is responsible for managing incoming fax requests related to imaging orders, ensuring that all documents are accurately processed, renamed, and uploaded into the appropriate system. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of ProScan’s scheduling workflow by ensuring that all faxed requests are organized and available for review in IndexLogic in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities:Fax Management and ScanningReceive and scan all incoming fax requests for imaging or scheduling.Verify fax clarity, legibility, and completeness before processing.File Naming and EditingReview each scanned document and rename files according to established naming conventions (e.g., patient name, date of service, referring provider, modality).Make necessary edits or adjustments to ensure accuracy and standardization across all uploaded requests.System Upload and DocumentationUpload processed and correctly named requests into IndexLogic for scheduling and record-keeping.Confirm that all documents are uploaded to the correct patient and order folders within the system.Perform routine quality checks to ensure files are properly indexed and retrievable.Coordination and CommunicationCommunicate with internal teams regarding missing information or unclear requests.Escalate any incomplete or unreadable faxes for clarification.Requirements:Experience with medical fax systems (specifically radiologu), document management, or scheduling workflows preferred.Familiarity with IndexLogic or similar imaging/scheduling platforms is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks efficiently.Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.Accuracy and attention to detailTime management and prioritizationConfidentiality and HIPAA complianceCommunication and collaborationAdaptability to workflow changesWork-from-Home Device Requirement:Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higherInternet: Wired connection with at least 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi)Work Environment: Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noiseBenefits:Permanent Work From HomeWeekly PaychecksFixed Weekends OffHMO Reimbursement on your 90th dayThriving Company Culture with Complete AutonomyExclusive Specialized Training ProgramsUnlock Your Potential with a Highly Competitive Salary____________________________________________________________________Who are we?MedCore Solutions is the healthcare division of BizForce, dedicated to supporting U.S.-based healthcare clients through a skilled remote workforce in the Philippines.
