Our focus is on maintaining a smooth doctor-patient relationship while maximizing cash flow and reducing bad debt levels by effectively managing patient invoices and fees. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Patients Account Receivable Representative. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as customer service, communication with patients, cash collection, accounting, and invoicing. Responsibilities include managing patient accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and resolving any billing issues to support the company's operational efficiency.
