This full-time role requires a healthcare professional with excellent communication and supervisory skills to oversee patient care and manage medical camps across Pakistan.Key Responsibilities:Guide and counsel patients throughout their treatment journeyCoordinate with partner hospitals regarding patient admissions, surgeries, and post-operative carePlan and supervise medical camps nationwideEnsure quality patient care and efficient logistics during camps and treatmentsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely medical operationsQualification Criteria:Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or related healthcare fieldsSkills: Strong supervisory and interpersonal communication skillsExperience:Prior experience in medical camp organization is a strong plusBackground in healthcare or non-profit sector preferredFlexibility: Willingness to travel nationwide for camp supervisionWhy Join Us?Be a part of a passionate, mission-driven team working to save lives and transform healthcare in Pakistan.
