The roleWe are looking for someone to join PGP’s team as soon as possible at our Copenhagen Office. As a Part-time Analyst, you will join our investment and fund management team of ten dedicated professionals responsible for sourcing, analysing, selecting, and managing real estate investments through local operating partners. The role offers a broad range of assignments.
Your ResponsibilitiesConduct macro- and micro-level market analysis, including sector-specific researchPerform financial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modelling and return calculationsPreparation of Investment Committee materialsPrepare presentation materials for client meetings, investor briefings, and industry eventsMaintain and update PGP’s proprietary deal database with information on investment opportunitiesBenchmark performance and monitor risk across PGP’s investment portfolioMeetings with international operating partnersWhat we look forStrong analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of or willingness to learn VBA is an advantageStrong academic track record with excellent verbal and written English skillsPreferably in the third year of a bachelor’s degree or the first year of a master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related fieldSelf-motivated, driven, and an effective team playerDetail-oriented and thorough, with an interest in working in a dynamic, international, and engaging environmentThe workload is approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility on both sides during busy periods.
