About the Role Fortune Swimwear is seeking a skilled Pattern Maker to transform design concepts into precise patterns and samples that bring our collections to life. The role works closely with designers, technical teams, and factories to ensure each garment achieves the intended fit and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop, and adjust garment patterns based on design sketches and specifications.Fit samples, identify issues, and propose pattern corrections.Prepare graded patterns for size sets and production.Collaborate with Technical and Production teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.Maintain organized pattern archives and documentation.Qualifications3+ years of patternmaking experience in apparel.Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and textiles.Proficiency with pattern CAD software preferred.Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.Fluent in Vietnamese; basic English communication a plus.How to Apply Please send your CV to jobs@fortuneswimwear.com with subject line: Pattern Maker – Hanoi.
