Rich Cotton Limited is looking for Pattern MasterJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and adjust accurate garment patterns based on buyer’s tech packs and measurement charts.Ensure correct fitting and grading for all sample stages (fit, proto, PP samples).Work closely with Merchandising and Technical teams to interpret buyer comments and apply necessary pattern corrections.Communicate with sample room and vendors to ensure correct execution of patterns and samples.Support development for new styles, fabrics, and washes.Maintain digital and manual pattern records for reference and reorders.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc)[BGMEA University of Fashion Technology, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology ]students will get preferenceExperience Requirements5 to 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Buying HouseAdditional RequirementsStrong knowledge of pattern design, grading, and fitting standards.Hands-on experience with CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, or Optitex).Sound knowledge of woven & knit garments construction.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Job LocationDhaka (DOHS Mirpur)
