Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pattern Master based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Pattern Master will be responsible for creating and modifying patterns for the production of garments. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with designers to interpret designs, creating patterns using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and ensuring patterns are precise and meet quality standards. The Pattern Master will also collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues and ensure the efficient manufacturing of garments. Qualifications Experience in creating and modifying patterns using CAD software , Assyst bullmer & LactraStrong understanding of garment construction and fabric typesExcellent attention to detail and precisionAbility to work collaboratively with designers and the production teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accuratelyExperience in the garment industry, particularly in pattern making, is preferredRelevant certifications or a degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field is beneficial
