Your RoleWe’re looking for someone who can blend strategy with creativity — someone who’s as good with campaign dashboards as they are with big ideas. You’ll lead our marketing strategy, from sales-driven launches to TikTok-ready storytelling, and make sure our jars keep flying off the shelf.
What You’ll Do• Lead marketing campaigns across online channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, LINE, etc. )• Analyze what works (and what doesn’t) — from ads to affiliate performance• Build smart strategies to grow customer love and lifetime value• Guide content that’s on-brand and scroll-stopping• Collaborate on live-selling, launches, pop-ups, and creator partnerships• Own marketing KPIs — sales, reach, ROAS, and retentionWho You Are✅ 2–4 years in performance marketing, campaign strategy, or e-commerce✅ Fluent in Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Analytics, LINE OA, etc.
