The Role You Play as an Outpatient Mental Health TherapistThis outpatient therapist position focused on delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health therapy.
You'll serve clients in an outpatient setting while contributing to a collaborative, person-centered treatment environment. Your work is essential in helping individuals, families, and groups overcome challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

Ability and desire to work as part of a clinical team while also able to be self-directed and motivated with minimal supervisionAbility to acquire and effectively practice new clinical skills as needed according to evolving agency needs/servicesAbility to effectively utilize Microsoft Office SuitePreferredIndependent clinical license (LCPC, LCMFT, LCP, LP, LSCSW)Experience/training in TF-CBT, ABFT, or other evidenced based practice1 year experience providing group therapyAll employees will be required to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening.
