Position SummaryCarry out preventive maintenance as per task listCarry out corrective maintenance as per given instruction. Observe and follow all safety rules and requirement at work. Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCarry out inspections of the infrastructure& facilities equipment’s to identify and resolve issuescarryout corrective maintenance to ensure equipment recovered with in time shortest and good quality workmanshipConduct repairs aiming for maximum reliabilityConduct routine, preventive maintenance workMaintain accurate, update records of preventive maintenanceTroubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely mannerPerform through maintenance on machinery, equipment and systemsMaintain equipment and tools in good conditionOperate tools, equipment’s and machinery according to prescribed safety procedureInspect, test and diagnose issue with electrical systems and components.
Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioningJob Requirements2 years of relevant practical experience to electrical work which an electrician is authorize to perform (NTC-3 holder. 3 years of electrical experience in heavy industry, preferably Shipbuilding industry. Working knowledge of electrical theory and the associated principle ,materials and equipment’s.
