Job Title: Business Analyst - Risk Transformation ProgramAre you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving successful risk transformation initiatives? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join a dynamic program focused on enhancing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within the financial services sector. About the Role: As a Business Analyst within the Risk Transformation Program, you will play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle - from eliciting and analyzing business requirements to supporting solution design, delivery, and change management.

You will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs, conduct gap analysis, and ensure all requirements are fully traceable and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using appropriate techniquesMap existing processes (Current State), identify improvements, and define Future State solutionsPerform gap analysis to assess impacts on business-as-usual operationsMaintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycleConduct solution analysis to validate alignment with business needsLiaise with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into functional and technical specificationsFollow User Centered Design processes, adhering to sprint and release plansSupport testing activities, including triage and impact analysisAssist with change impact assessments alongside the change management teamPartner with Squad Leads on strategy and planning activitiesUndertake additional tasks as required to ensure successful project deliveryWhat We're Looking For:
