TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST An exciting opportunity is available for a Technical Business Analyst to join a high-impact ICT transformation and service transition program within a large government-related organisation. This long-term contract role will see you work closely with SMEs, architects, project managers, and external vendors to capture and translate technical and business requirements into practical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirementsTranslate business needs into solution and integration requirementsDevelop user stories, use cases, process maps, and other key artefactsSupport UAT and SIT, including test strategies, traceability, and defect managementFacilitate workshops and interviews across technical and business unitsMaintain documentation aligned to governance and project milestonesSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on infrastructure or ICT transformation programsStrong understanding of SDLC, system integration, and technical documentationExperience in service transition, vendor handover, or managed services environmentsAbility to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similarBENEFITS High-profile project within a large-scale transformationHybrid working flexibility (Brisbane-based)Supportive, collaborative team culturePotential for extension beyond initial contractTo be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Jack McDougall 07 3339 5611 or email:
