With global resources and strong local expertise, we focus on reliability, innovation, and building a collaborative, multicultural team.ABOUT THE ROLEPayment Manager, Work Location: Mexico City, MexicoRESPONSIBILITYPayment Execution and Recording: Arrange payments according to payment terms and procedures, submit various payment applications in the expense reimbursement system, accurately record payment information in the ledger, track payment status, and ensure that payments are received.Payment Review and Planning: Review the compliance of supplier invoices and payment documents, and prepare payment plans and approval forms.Funds Management: Responsible for the use, allocation, and management of company funds, prepare fund usage plans, monitor fund recovery, and communicate with banks and other financial institutions.Accounts Payable Management: Execute various payment applications monthly, complete monthly business cost advances and general ledger expense reports.Payment Management: Handle accounts payable, prepayments, and other related accounting matters, and provide regular report analysis and suggestions.Communication and Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, banks, and internal departments (such as purchasing and finance) to handle various issues arising during the payment process.Bank Account Management: Review the account opening needs of various operating entities in the Americas region according to the bank access principles of the superior unit, and supervise the compliance of account opening, closing, and change processes of each unit; implement the bank's authorized signature system according to bank compliance management regulations, supervise the timely change of bank authorized signatories and authorized signature information of various operating entities in the Americas region, strictly prevent payment risks, and ensure compliant operation. Based on the needs of business departments, coordinate with business guarantee requirements, assist in guarantee price comparison and document signing, implement business guarantees, and reduce guarantee handling fees.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.QUALIFICATIONMinimum Relevant Educational Degree: Bachelor's DegreeRelevant Major: Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance, Computer ScienceRelevant Professional Knowledge or Skills: Accounting, Statistics, Computer SciencePreferred Relevant Work Experience: one year of experience in financial accounting or related work within or outside the China Unicom Group preferred.Qualifications and Certifications: Intermediate professional qualification or Chinese or overseas CPA/ACCA professional qualification or above.Language Requirements: Chinese, English
